Relationship Education

As part of your child’s education at Dame Dorothy Primary School, we promote the knowledge and understanding of Relationship Education, mental health, personal wellbeing and development through a comprehensive Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education programme.  This focuses on a wide range of topics and includes learning about healthy relationships, keeping children safe in the modern world, physical and mental health, wellbeing and safeguarding.

Relationships education focuses on teaching the fundamental building blocks and characteristics of positive relationships including:

• Respectful relationships
